Compounding Chemist needed in pharmacy to perform the following duties:
· Mix and weight ingredients according to instructions ;
· Enter prescription in the computer using PKON Rx system;
· Maintain inventory of Bulk Powders on daily basis and file invoice for the control and regular medication following State Laws;
· Compound Topical Preparation, following proper formulation instructions.General literature research for specifications on stability and compatibility.
Method of compound preparation such as Aligation, Geometric dilution, Aliquot method etc (e.g. pediatric dosage form handbook, facts and comparison, USP etc)
Position requires a Bachelor degree in Analytical Chemistry or Chemistry
